İşbu metni onaylayarak; Lunex Studio ("Şirket") tarafından, 6563 sayılı Elektronik Ticaretin Düzenlenmesi Hakkında Kanun ve 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("KVKK") kapsamında;
Tarafımla paylaştığım iletişim bilgilerim (cep telefonu numarası, e-posta adresi) üzerinden;
- Ritimmatch uygulamasına ilişkin genel ve özel kampanyalar, avantajlar, ürün ve hizmet tanıtımları,
- Kullanıcı alışkanlıklarıma ve tercihlerime göre özelleştirilmiş eşleşme önerileri ve fırsatlar,
- Reklam, promosyon, pazarlama faaliyetleri, anket çalışmaları, kutlama ve temenni iletileri,
- Uygulama içi yenilikler ve bilgilendirmeler
hakkında tarafıma SMS (kısa mesaj), E-posta, Mobil Uygulama Bildirimleri (Push Notification) ve Otomatik Arama kanalları aracılığıyla ticari elektronik ileti gönderilmesine, bu amaçla kişisel verilerimin işlenmesine ve İleti Yönetim Sistemi'ne (İYS) aktarılmasına;
Hiçbir baskı altında kalmadan, konu hakkında tarafıma sunulan Aydınlatma Metni'ni okuyup anladığımı beyan ederek, özgür irademle AÇIK RIZA veriyorum.
